Latar Belakang / Sejarah

Wat Rajaphophong is a Thai Buddhist Temple in Penanti, off Jalan Ara Kuda. It was established in 1931 and developed within a Siamese settlement. The Daharmasala Hall is one of the main buildings of the temple. It was officially opened on 9 June 2001. Installed on the far end of the wall are 3 Buddha Images. All along the walls are murals depicting various scenes from Buddhist legends.
