Latar Belakang / Sejarah

The Sian Chye Tong Temple was built in honour of Baby God for his miracle healing power and blessing by the devotees and well-wishers. Sian Chye Phor Sat or Baby God (Kumara Sudhana Bodhisattva) is the disciple of Kuan Im Phor Sat or Goddess of Mercy (Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva). This compassionate Baby God's Birthday falls on the 23rd Day of the 1st Lunar Month. Normally, there will be a 3 days Birthday Celebration commencing from the 22nd to 24th Day of the 1st Lunar Month annually.
