Sri Kaliamman Sangilikaruppar Temple at Kampung Paya, Butterworth Penang is a Saivite-style temple founded in 60’s and officially registered with the Malaysian government’s registrar on 26 November 1971. Located at Kampung Paya Butterworth, Sri Kaliamman Sangilikaruppar temple (Regd: 869) is the oldest temple dedicated to Lord Sangilikaruppar swamy and Sri Kaliamman. Founded in the late 60’s the foundation laid by the temple founder and ‘Guruswamy Sri Rajoo’. Ever since the formation of temple, visitors coming in from as far as Indonesia & Dubai.
